Chat answers. Support phone answers withing a reasonable amount of time. I would have given it a 5, but all my sites went down for about 2 hours 6/22/2007 in the morning. So I give it a 4. It is the only time in the 12 months as a customer that I saw it go down. This is better uptime than all other hosts I tried, except YAHOO. All other hosts go down at least once a month. One I tried that advertised 99.5% uptime had my site down for 3 days. I quit that one and moved to inmotion. I have 3 sites with inmotion now. The hosting support is superior. Chat answers.
